San Francisco

I went to the annual Air Transport Research Society Conference which this year was in Berkerely, California - just across the bay from San Francisco. I ended up having more time free than I normally do and used the time to look around San Fran and spent a glorious day cycling with Dill and my PhD student Kostas across the Golden Gate Bridgeinto Sausalito and we got a ferry back from Tiburon. I had a great Japanese meal with David Gillen and Heidi and met Tim and David Pitfield from Loughborough
