Hamburg

Work took me to Hamburg for an Aviation Conference for a couple of days. The airport at Hamburg is very modern (the paint is still drying on a new terminal) and there was this old Merc was on show in the terminal building.

The conference was pretty good. I got to meet up with aviation's great and good and some old mates (some of which are also great and good). I ate and drank far too much (as usual) but then again so did most everybody else. I stayed at the Intercontinental right by the lake/river.


This strange guy was funny was he was painted in bright colours but looked so miserable.
