More BBQ Perfection at Chez Gillen/Back

David and Heidi were once again kind enough to cook a BBQ for us and some other folks on Saturday. We had wonderful burgers, marinaded chicken and the most glorious posucutio ham wrapped self caught hallibut. About the best fish dish I ever tasted. Lorra and her daughter Maia were there as were students Sergio (from Gautamala) and Tim from Germany. Also Heidi's friend Astrid and her son.
